Global Network Trading, Inc. (GNT) is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. GNT collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

In order to access some sections of this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give contact information (title, first name, last name, company, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, phone number, e-mail address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which the user has expressed interest, if the user has indicated they would like to be contacted.

We will only contact you by phone or e-mail if you have indicated you would like a representative to contact you. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.

In the event Global Net Trading goes through a business transition, such as a merger, being acquired by another company, or selling a portion of its assets, users’ personal information will, in most instances, be part of the assets transferred.

Opting out affects only email communication. Persons may receive or continue to receive paper mailings from us or our clients. Those mailing may direct the recipient to web sites where they may choose to opt-in to receive further offers via email.
